Our Solutions
Servo Motor Repairs
Our state-of-the-art repair lab can carry out successful repairs to all brands of servo motors with a 12-month warranty. This includes back EMF checks, bearing service, housing machining, and encoder checking, replacement and digital alignment.
Electronics Repairs
We conduct electronics repairs on servo drives, standard VSDs, PLCs, I/O cards, power supplies, and component-level PCB repairs including SMD. We also test each unit to the best of our ability after completion and have stock of components on hand if required.
Retrofits
Outdated, inefficient machines don’t need to be completely replaced. An economical alternative to replacement is our retrofit solution, where we modernise your existing or possibly obsolete drive system with cutting-edge drive and PLC solutions.
Servicing
We offer servicing of industrial automation systems, with in-depth knowledge of most automation equipment brands. Downtime costs you, so ask us about our priority rate on certain offerings to get your industrial operation serviced and back up and running as quickly as possible.
Dyno Unit
As the only company in South Africa to own a dyno unit for the purpose of electrically load testing VSDs, we can successfully repair VSDs and motors and test them effectively. Tests we can carry out include load, temperature, RPM, phase current, phase voltage, torque and DC bus current and voltage monitoring.
On-Site Troubleshooting
We offer 24/7 on-site technical assistance services with advanced product and application support when you need it. Our skilled technicians travel worldwide, have wide machine knowledge and can travel to site and assess your faulty drive system or servo motor.
