The project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the electronic components, including the servo drive, servo motor, PLC, HMI, and a custom enclosure designed to fit the existing machine perfectly. This precision solution not only minimised costs but also ensured minimal downtime, restoring the label dispenser to its original capacity.
