Dispatch/Delivery
Ex MOTION TRONIC Stores, the purchaser is responsible for effecting delivery and accepting liability during transit. Kindly note that as far
as possible local deliveries are scheduled for specific areas on specific days of a working week, within working hours, unless otherwise
expressly agreed to. Deliveries outside of weekdays and normal working hours may incur additional charges.
MOTION TRONIC shall not be liable for any late delivery in the event that the reasons for late delivery are beyond MOTION TRONIC’s
control such as, inter alia, shipping and customs delays.
Goods correctly supplied per an official order are non-returnable. Once the customer has placed the order no cancellation thereof shall be
valid and the customer remains liable for payment of the amount due. Should MOTION TRONIC, in its sole discretion, agree to accept
goods back for credit a minimum handling fee of 10% may be charged.
Installation
Unless expressly stated the quoted prices do not include any installation work or materials.
Commissioning
Unless expressly stated the quoted price does not include commissioning. Should you require commissioning, kindly request a quote
should you require assistance.
Payment Terms
For purchases by companies or private persons outside South Africa, payment shall be made and confirmed prior to the release of goods
purchased and payment of proforma invoices shall be paid before repairs will commence for COD customers. Until the full purchase is
paid, the goods remain the property of MOTION TRONIC. All payments to be made to MOTION TRONIC shall be made without deduction,
demand or set off and no amount may be deferred or withheld for any reason or any claim or counter claim, by Electronic Funds Transfer
(EFT) into MOTION TRONIC’S bank account. Account purchases are payable as agreed on approved accounts only. All payments are to be
made in South African Rand (ZAR)
Warranty
Unless specified all our products carry a warranty of 12 months from date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: In respect of parts which are directly imported and if applicable the warranty will be honored by our Supplier.
MOTION TRONIC shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage, however incurred.
In the unlikely event of failure of a MOTION TRONIC product which was correctly installed/supplied as per instructions by the purchaser,
MOTION TRONIC reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its own discretion provided such failure occurred within the
warranty period. MOTION TRONIC will not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred for removal, replacing or freight charges in
this regard, and these additional costs shall be for the customer’s account.

Freight charges are for the account of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated
Validity
Unless stated otherwise, this quote is valid for 7 days from date of quote and prices quoted may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
and MOTION TRONIC reserves the right to amend the quote should the exchange rate fluctuate considerably and will notify the customer
of such
Repairs
MOTION TRONIC has a repair and service centre in KZN with extensive stock available for your convenience and peace of mind. In
addition, MOTION TRONIC also offers additional con formal coating to all electronic PCB’s on all our products should your installation be
situated in corrosive environment for added peace of mind and ensuring longevity of theinstallation.12 Months warranty on same fault for
repairs
